Acalypha wilkesiana update

The last time we saw this plant it was as an un-rooted cutting, and I had no idea what it was.

Now we’ve made some progress – It’s a rooted cutting, and I think it’s probably an Acalypha wilkesiana

It hasn’t gotten any bigger though, in fact I think I’m down a few leaves. Maybe I’ll try it in higher humidity? So far I’ve figured out it needs full sun to keep any colour and absolutely hates being completely dry for any length of time.

I’ve also taken a few more pictures of various plants but I’ll be pacing myself with posting them. There’s not much new happening so that should keep things moving. Tomorrow – pretty flowers. Then a few days without any flowers until Bloom Day.
