Pretty good haul today from the Meeting. One plant from the auction, a few leaves from the leaf swap and a couple from the sales table.
The full plant list (Oh my goodness that’s a lot of plants):
x Codonatanthus ‘Aurora’

Episcia lilacina ‘Chocolate Velour’
Streptocarpus
‘Karen’s Candy Apple’ (Leaf, likely a larger plant/flowered white/green flower)
‘Salmon Sunset’ (Plant, smaller pink/orange with darker red stripes in a lighter yellow throat)
‘Nia’ (Plant, pale pink with yellow throat)
‘Ako Lemon Spirit’ (Plant, pale blue with darker blue streaks and a pale yellow throat)
Episcia (Yes after numerous failures I’m trying them again – Both will likely end up in Semi-Hydroponic culture.)
lilacina ‘Chocolate Velour’ (Pale lilac/blue flowers with a white center. Pictured.)
‘Jim’s Patches’ (Pictured. It’s a cutting so it’ll be going straight into S/H.)
Saintpaulia ‘Rhapsodie Carolyn’ leaves

Those are beauties…especially the first one…love those dark, fuzzy leaves!
Love, love, love the ‘Chocolate Velour’! He would fit in nicely with all my fuzzy Kalanchoes…I’ll be on the lookout for that one! The others are great too!
Just keep them potted separately! Episcias can’t dry out even for a moment or they’ll fall apart. I agree though it’d make a great compliment to many of the fuzzy Kalanchoes.
How fun to aquire all of these!!! They are really pretty! I, too, love the fuzzy leaves…but who wouldn’t???
I agree with the above…that first one is fabulous!
